Payment schedule
For split payment bookings: 30% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining 70% due 60 days before arrival.

Max 15 overnight guests (including children/babies).
No amplified music outside. Quiet hours 22:00–08:00.
Pets allowed if reported in advance (supplement €15/pet).
Damage deposit
The €750 damage deposit is not charged upfront. Instead, it is pre-authorized (a temporary hold, not a charge) on your card via Stripe 1 day before check-in, and released within 3 days after check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
